I would LOVE getting to be your Wedding Planner or Event Planner!

Wedding Planner: $3,200 is the entire summary package as your planner. Let’s meet because I want to get to know you and your fiancé. We get to plan your vision or create one as I work with wonderful, referred vendors that I would love to share for your special day though my vendors aren’t required! I will be with you every step of the way with ease and confidence while leaving the communication and planning to me. You get to spend more time planning the marriage while I do most of the planning of your wedding.

Details- $500 non-refundable deposit which is applied towards your balance. $2700 total is due 60 days prior to the event date. (travel up to 40 miles is local, national average mileage charge for over 40 miles) Hotel and gas for out of state is paid for by client.

If I see that the assistance of hiring out my chosen assistant for an event is needed, then a required $50/hr fee for said assistant is in addition to my set fee. Deciding factor is based on size of party, size of event and only decided based on my assessment after meeting with potential client and seeing the vision of event.

Wedding Coordinator: As your coordinator, I get to be in charge of all of your hard work as you plan your big day so you can actually enjoy the day and soak in all the memories. $500 non-refundable deposit which is applied towards your balance. 5hr minimum at $150/hr. Balance is due 60 days prior to event. (travel up to 40 miles is local, national average mileage charge for over 40 miles) Hotel and gas for out of state is paid for by client.

Event Planner: (Showers, Birthdays, Corporate Events, Special Events, Graduations, etc.) $150/hour (including planning and day of event). A $250 deposit is required to hold a date for your event. The balance is due no less than 60 days prior to the event. Approximate hours to be determined prior to event. Minimum 5 hours. I have excellent referred vendors to offer. Hotel and gas for out of state planning is paid for by client.

*This excludes business/corporate events. Pricing will be determined by THE BARN ON A HILL and contract amended to show details.

Cancellations: All monies, deposits and otherwise, are non-refundable.

Postponements and date changes: All changes must be made in writing no less than 60 days prior to wedding/event and are subject to availability of THE BARN ON A HILL.
